Help to Square 1325 machine - Y axis

Hi all

We had a issue with our 1325 router so we had to remove one of the Y-axis motor and put that back. Y-axis has two motors (one on each side) to move gantry. After putting the motor, the machine was not cutting it square. After doing hardware adjustments, error is reduced but it is not fully square.

We need to move only one of the Y-axis motors a little bit to make it square. I looked at manual and seems like changing parameter 34100 can move the absolute position. In MD data there is only one set of parameters for the y-axis so changing 34100 is changing position of Both y-axis motors so it does not align to square.

How I can move the absolute position of only one motor of the y-axis? Could someone help here?
