Logo wiring with k1000 probe

assuming that this is the right diagram, the wire marked with yellow, must be connected with the M1 wire - marked with 

even connecting m1- with yellow terminal nothing works, nothing changes on my amplifier

Your last picture shows an old module, the new AM2 RTD has the terminals U1-  IC1  U1+  U2-  IC2  U2+. Connect U1- and IC1 with one end of the PT1000, U1+ with the other end.

the problem of reading remains.

When i look to the photos, i see a AM2 module directly placed to the base module, following a DM16 module, then a AM2 AQ module and finally the AM2 RTD module.

This is possible but not the best way of sorting. I would prefer the digital modules first, then analog inputs and finally the analog outputs, not mixed sorting, but this is your decision.

The numbering of the analog inputs depends on the settings of the base module, 0, 2 or 4 analog inputs. The next analog input then is AI1, AI3 or AI5. The following analog inputs ar numbered sequential, see also system manual for more information.

If you don't know, which analog input is used for the first analog input of AM2 RTD, then try AI1, AI3, AI5 and AI7. One of them should have the right values.

AI3 has nothing to do with I7.

Now is the AM2 RTD the first analog input module.

What is the setting of enabled AI of the base module? 

Are 0 AIs enabled, then is AI3 the address for the first channel of the AM2 RTD.

Are 2 AIs enabled, then is AI5 the address for the first channel of the AM2 RTD.

Are 4 AIs enabled, then is AI7 the address for the first channel of the AM2 RTD.

Sorry, but that's wrong, with 0 AI the AM2 RTD starts with AI1, with 2 AI the AM2 RTD starts with AI3, with 4 AI the AM2 RTD starts with AI5.

Try attached program only for testing your analog input, AI1 should display the right value. If not, then there is something wrong with the wiring.

For me I would use a PT100/1000 transmitter for long distance probe sensing.

The transmitter should output 0/4-20 ma. that can direct feed to AM2 module input terminal 0/4-20 ma.

No need to use Am2 RTD.

If you have a multimeter, just measure the resistance of the PT100 or PT1000, with is not connected to the AM2 RTD. PT100 has 100 Ohm at 0°C, PT1000 has 1000 Ohm at 0°C. Other resistance thermometers should have other values.

Sorry, next problem is, you get informations, how to measure a PT100 or PT1000 with a multimeter, but there is no feedback from you.

I know exactly how I would solve the problem. If you don't know, then you have to respond to questions or suggestions.

If you are sure to have NTC resistors, then you have the wrong sensors for a Logo. You can do following things:

1. Order PT100 or PT1000 sensors to connect them to the AM2 RTD module

2. Order transmitter from NTC to 0..10V, if available, i don't know. Then you can connect the 0..10V signal to the base module or AM2 module, not to AM2 RTD module

3. Order sensors with direct output 0..10V or 4..20mA

A transmitter or direct output has the advantage of using the best temperature area for an application and increases the resolution. PT100/PT1000 has an area from -50°C to +200°C. For heating you only need 0°C to +100°C, for outdoor temperature you can use -30°C to +70°C. All analog inputs of a Logo has 1000 steps independent of 0..10V / 4..20mA or PT100/PT1000, therefore 0°C to +100°C or -30°C to +70°C has a resolution of 0,1°C, PT100/PT1000 has a resolution of 0,25°C.

To check the AM2 RTD module with program, you can use a fix resistor 100 Ohm or 1 kOhm. Then the program should display 0°. If you have other fix resistors, then look to the table of my link and check for other temperature values in your program.

If you have usable sensors or a little table of different resistors with different temperatures, then upload it as spreadsheet.

If you want to work with a Logo controller, then it is necessary to read the Logo system manual.

It is not difficult to understand the possible settings of analog inputs. A base module has 8 digital inputs I1 to I8. If available (e.g. 12/24RCE), you can use 4 of 8 digital inputs also as analog inputs. In this case I7 is also AI1, I8 is also AI2, I1 is also AI3 and I2 is also AI4.

The settings can be done for a different amount of analog inputs:
0 analog inputs = I1 to I8 are only digital inputs, the next analog module begins with AI1
2 analog inputs = I7 is also AI1, I8 is also AI2, the next analog module begins with AI3
4 analog inputs = I7 is also AI1, I8 is also AI2, I1 is also AI3, I2 is also AI4, the next analog module begins with AI5

These settings have the advantage, that you can use up to 8 PT100/PT1000 or 8 sensors with 4..20mA, if you have 4 AM2 RTD or AM2 modules. Then the settings for the base module must be 0 analog inputs. If you have mixed sensors, also with 0..10V output, then you can connect them to the base module. Not all base modules have analog inputs, see labeling.

Your picture for probe 4..20mA makes no sense, we need a terminal assignment and technical data. Insert a link to the manufacturer.

P.S. When you have ordered a PT100 sensor and read my complete last post, then you know, that is not the best choice.
