Micromaster 440 F022 problem

I have a problem with Micromaster 440 110 kWt (6SE6440-2UD41-1FA1): a couple days ago it showed F022 error: one of optical-fiber channel of IGBT board didn't work(look left foto on attahment). We removed this A5E00825002 board with IGBT-module and replaced diode bridge and a couple chips (look 1st foto of attachment) - now all three channels are identical by resistances and voltages and all three optical-fiber channels are lighted. Then we assembled our Micromaster and tried to start. MM440 had no errors and warnings, motor started and all parameters was normal (look 2nd foto of attachment). Motor's currents, frequencies and voltages are identical for U, W and V cables. But one moment is troubling me: LED of rectifier board(at left side of MM440, where L1-L3 are connected) is still red (look 3rd foto of attachment). On this MM440 before F022 error it was green and on others MM440 it is green. What does it mean? May be we need do some reset after fixing F022 error? Attachment 11.jpg (769 Downloads)

muzgar2007 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Yesterday I checked another MM440(110kWt, same model and type) inverters which are ok and in work now and saw, that rectifier boards are much different and one part of them has red LED, another - has green LED. Red LEDs has 2 pins, green LEDs has 4 pins. So, it seems, red LED is normal color of this LED. Attachment led.jpg (678 Downloads)
