Sinumerik 810 T does not "see" the External Control Panel_2

Hi All,

I had to start with this machine.

I did the Installation as per manual and loaded NC MD and PLC MD. The machine has an External Control Panel. The I set all the codes as needed. It gives a fault if 5008.1 is set to 1. It only excepts 5008.0 set to 1 and and 5008.1 set to 0. In other words it does not "see" the External Control Panel. The MPG Module should Interface with the External Control Panel and PLC and NC. The MPG Module has 24 volt supply but shows no life.

There is a Card on the right hand side of the Electrical Cabinet with 2 LEDs lit please see Photo.

I cannot even get the Hydraulics on. All 7 Contactors have 3 phase 390 volt supply and when pressed manually, the fans and pumps work. I also replaced F30;

Any advice will be appreciated.
