sinumerik 810D fault 1-0-9 LED flashing

So I tried to put the arc files back in without success. The NCU won't let me reset the NC and PLC. It always flashes 1-0-9. Or if I turn the machine back on, all the LEDs are on and only one dot appears on the display. If I disconnect the memory card, 0-6 appears. Could it be that the card lost the software?
