Torque problem

I have an issue with drivemonitor. The motor is running and it consumes current but the torque is always = 0 in general diagnosis. Is that normal ?

and I find r490 (torque setpoint) = 0

Yes, this is normal. In V/f mode (as P100 = 1), torque setpoint is 0.

I used the trace function and I have obtain that (find excel file attached). I find this very weird that the current change value but the torque is always nul. I cannot understand how we have a motor running and a torque = 0.

A motor does produce torque. However in V/f mode it is not calculated. And if it were, the parameter to look at would be r007. The parameter you are looking at is something else.

I am using the function trace in drivemonitor. For the torque display I am using K0241 to display the torqu value, I dont know if there is another connctor that I should pick to monitor the torque? Also in general diagnosis of drive monitor I can see that the actual torque is always 0
