V90 Referencing

Dear all,

Pl help with V90 referencing,

We are using S7 1500 PLC with V90 & using Telegram 111 with absolute positioning mode selected by  POS_STW1 (PZD2) bit8 &Control Mode P29003=1=EPos

1FL6 Motor with Absolute Encoder is used . 

when we do Referencing from V-Assistant in Configure referencing (Default mode 0: Signal REF) it shows Absolute Encoder Adjusted . & Actual Position become 0 & after Power recycle the Actual position remain 0 or if we move the motor to the  actual position 100 the position remains 100 after power recycle.

But 

as we want above function to be through a user Push Button so we connected the POS_STW2(PZD3) bit1 (set reference bit ) & when we press the Push button the actual position become 0 but if we power recycle then the actual position shows the last actual position value which was before the referencing done through the push button. 

for exmple 

1. we do reference from V-assistant  by button shown in  Configure referencing. the actual position become 0 & remain 0 even after power recycle.

2. now we run the motor to actual position 100 & stop & now we press the Push button connected with POS_STW2(PZD3) bit1 (set reference bit ) & actual position become 0

BUT  NOW IF WE POWER RECYCLE THE ACTUAL POSITION SHOWS 100 AFTER POWER RECYCLE WHEREAS IT IS REQUIRED TO SHOW ACTUAL POSITION  0
