SFC90 "H_CTRL" in S7-412-3H

I try to use SFC90 "H_CTRL" with Mode=30 and Mode=31 with SubMode=0 (set master in rack0/ rack1). But i always got error number w#16#8090 - it mean Mode is incorrect. Mode=5 set same error (job for switching standby to master). This Mode numbers taken from manual to Step7 5.4. I found manual for SFC and SFB - and it is said no Jobs with number 30,31 or 5 for SFC90. What is it? And how i can switch master from my program? Regards, Eli

As per manual, u should be able to switchover master/standby with mode decimal 30, 31 or 5. Probably latest version of SFC or higher CPU like 414 or 417H could resolve problem. Not sure!!!
