Hi, I suggest you take a look at the manual. You can find the meaning of the LEDs and tips/information on system configuration. On the other hand, I understand that if there is a problem with the power supply (and it's not due to incorrect configuration or use), it could be covered under the up to 2-year warranty. It might be best to contact our support team to discuss the possibilities.
