Connect Arduino to S7 1200 via Modbus TCP Client

Hi Friends I use andresarmento/modbus-arduino library to connect to S7 1200 Modbus TCP Client i succeeded in sending data from arduino to the PLC using Program 1 i tried Program 2 to send data from PLC to arduino but i dont know what changes should i make in both arduino side and plc client side
