Problem communication multi servers against 1 client Mpdbus TCP CP

Dear Gentlemen

I am in a real problem here. here is the situation:

I worked in project using two MOXA gateway RTU/TCP with  S7 300 (modbus TCPprotocol), CPU 315 with a CP 343-1

I have configured the first and secode MOXA gateway with Siemens PLC accordance manual producer.

For programming I used FB905, FB906, FB908, Instance data Block DB905, DB for License , DB for the CONTROL DAT, and DB69 for reading data from first MOXA gateway.

Also, create the second configuration by creating another Instance DB 915 for the same FB905, as well NEW  Control DAT2 , and new DB70  for reading data from the secode MOXA gateway.

Finaly, i have downloaded configuration and program but it gives me error after run "CPU" and "SF LED" flashing.

The real problem No exchange data between SIEMENS PLC (CP343) and MOXA gateway. 

Actually Modbus blocks are not active.

I attached project user program and configuration to simplify my question.
