s7 400 redundant system Modbus TCP communication

Hello experts,

Our customer has 400 CPU redundant system with two CP443-1 modules .

Now they have one DCS system of third party with which we need to do modbus TCP communication, but after trying so many times still we are not able to communicate.

We are using - SIMATIC Modbus / TCP CP Red Library for same.

Can anyone support how to do modbus tcp communication in 400 with CP card successfully.

Thanks for the reply.

Well I am trying Single  redundant client function.

CP 443-1 2qty's ,

CP1 - IP Address : 192.168.0.3 Remote Port : 502

CP2 - IP Address : 192.168.0.4 Remote Port : 503

Now when I give ENQ command to true then i get status as "A0FF" for one CP which means connection is not ready , and another CP status is 16#000 + Busy - 0 amd Error also 0 , done too 0 and no data transfer.

Can anyone suggest what might be the problem.

Values for all parameters are correct as per given in the manual.

 FB 909 "MB_REDCL"  we are using V3.0

1. install the hotffix
2. make sure that the server supports 503 for Modbus TCP communication
3. evaluate the outputs of MB_REDCL as shown in the sample which is installed with the library.
