S7 fault-tolerant and TCP on same CP-443 ?

1 x CPU 410-5H : 410-5HX08-0AB0
2 x CP 443-1 : 443-1EX30-0XE1
PCS7 V9.0 + SP1
SIMATIC Modbus/TCP CP V6.0.0.1

I would like to know if it is possible to have an S7 connection fault-tolerant and a TCP connection on the same CP 443-1 ?
My problem is that I have setup the modbus communication using the JobList (FB912) block as per the example in the documentation, and the MODBUSCP (FB905) just stays stuck on the BUSY state and does not time out or output any helpful status information.

Attached a zip with the NetPro and CFC with Job_List and MODBUSCP block.
This is the state in which it is stuck.
I STOP then RUN the PLC but the Job_List is still blocked and the MODBUSCP is staying BUSY=1.

Yes I did try to initialize the MODBUSCP block whilce it was trying to connect (BUSY=1), but know it does not time out and is just stuck like this, how can I initialize it so that it stops trying to connect ?

Even after aborting the Job_List, the MODBUSCP does not manage to initialize when I make a rising edge on the Init input. Is there no way to implement a timeout so that it does not get stuck while trying to connect ?

I got the MODBUSCP to initialize correctly, then activate the Job_List and it stille comes to a stuck position with BUSY=1.

In attachement the CFC is the screen of the stuck position, I have included other screens with the configuration of the different components, could you please check if my configuration looks alright ?

the second job of the job_list won't work, as you did not define an area for data_type=2

 I do not understand what you mean, do you mean in the parma DB ?

In attachement the CFC with the counters and save_Status, as you can see the MODBUSCP block seems to not have cycled once, it is stuck on BUSY=1.
Coul this be caused by the S7 fault-tolerant connection with a redundant pair of servers on the same CP 443-1 as the TCP connection I am trying to setup ?
