Hi, If you didn't change anything, then check if your profider still offers 3G. The CMR2020 only support 3G and if your profider disable 3G then there is no sollution except to change the CMR2020 by a 2040. A CMR2040 supports 4G/LTE. If you changed something (mybe a newer LOGO! HW) and 3G is still supported by your profider, then check if you have updated the firmware of the CMR to the latest version and try again. The latest firmware is V2.2.
