I have a CMR 2020 which is connected directly via ethernet to my laptop. Have set up the IP for the laptop to 192.168.0.4 to access CMR2020 on 192.168.0.3 but the webpage just displays 'Connection interrupted' or 'Can't connect. Is there an issue I am overlooking?

If you didn't change anything, then check if your profider still offers 3G. The CMR2020 only support 3G and if your profider disable 3G then there is no sollution except to change the CMR2020 by a 2040. A CMR2040 supports 4G/LTE.

If you changed something (mybe a newer LOGO! HW) and 3G is still supported by your profider, then check if you have updated the firmware of the CMR to the latest version and try again.
