I have a red light, what does that mean? Should i connect the white wire?

Lit the RUN/STOP LED red, then means this, the module communicates not with the module on the left (base or expansion module).
Lit the RUN/STOP LED green, then means this, the module communicates with the module on the left (base or expansion module).
