Hello.

Alarm 701000 is a manufacture specefic alarm, and therefor we do not know why without the PLC program.

If you take a complete .ard backup of the controller and share it I could mabye have a look in the PLC and see what causes the alarm.

 people like you only show us what the alarms--but no story why?

do you have good running machine yesterday? it looks like you system lost data, everything going to default?

i have the same problem of emergency 3000. Am working on the 5-axis cnc machin with 828D display.
But have tried to reset and retart the machine , the alarm is not clearing. And another thing it also displays another alarm of 701000 below emargency alarm. These alarms do not even allow the machine to start the hydraulic pump. 
I have attached a picture and how alarms are being displaced

In that case I have seen some manufacturers wire "hard" overtravel switches to the emergency stop, causing a full stop.

Then having a procedure, in mamy cases a key switch or a sequence of hold down buttons to move away from the overtravel switch.

Hi, Kurt45, you should know your machine better than any of us, like  Riddersholm mentioned,

when you running ref. you may overtravel to HW limit. you should know (from manufacture manual ) how to recover

Yesterday but one, i worked on the fault of MC1 drive fault on the X-axis, after finding out that the problem was on its power cable. Then i started working on the reference point, it was moving well to the reference point automatically, but the last time i started the cycle to the reference points, it stopped and brought those errors.
