The prerequisite for installation of the STEP 7-Micro/WIN V4.0 Service Pack 7 (SP7) is an installed and running earlier version of STEP 7-Micro/WIN V4.0 on your PG or PC.

I'v tried to install V4.0 SP5 first but still not worked and showed up same window message.
Is that anything still not in right procedure?

You need to have STEP 7-Micro/WIN V4.0 + license installed on your PC and after you can install SPs. Contact with nearest Siemens office in your place and make order for this. In other way you can use Demo software: STEP 7-Micro/WIN test version 4.0 E

Do you follow the correct upgrading steps?

Try this way (If you have older full version) first install your existing full microwin version (V4.xx). Check weather it is functioning OK. Then run the Rejoin.bat(SP7) after few steps installing wizard search your existing path of microwin and say to remove microwin. Then go to add/remove programs and remove microwin completely. Then run Rejoin.bat again.

But for this you should have previous version of microwin(V4.xx).
