Hello everyone, I am attempting to transfer a smartservice license to my MP370 touch panel and I am having some issues with the automation license manager (ALM) and I hope someone in this forum will have the solution. I am using WinccFlex 2005 HF7 with ALM 3.0 HF3. I want to connect to target system but under the Edit menu there is nothing, only the option to Connect Computer, Connect target system is not even greyed out, just not there. I have a laptop with, from what I know, to have the same version of Flex and ALM and it DOES have the option under the edit menu to Connect target system. I have unistalled/re-installed the ALM with no success. Does anybody have any ideas what could be holding me up? Attached is a screen shot of installed software on the PC with the missing component.
