SIMATIC Logon issues!

AlexNolek Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	The software we use: WinCC Flexible SP2 Simatic Logon Server (installed on a local computer connected to the domain network). We've set up in WinCC Flex (Central User Management Settings) to have the Server IP-adress (ie. 192.168.1.52), and the same adress in the Windows Domain field. When we have that setting, it is possible to logon with the local created users in Simatic Logon Server. But here comes the issue, When we try to add users from the domain that the Simatic Logon server is connected to, it won't work. So by then we have changed the Windows domain setting (WinCC Flex) to use the domain that Simatic Logon uses. (ie. "domain.net"). The connections to the Simatic Logon server seems estabilished because we get error messages in the Simatic Logon event log when we try to logon with a domain user. With this domain setting we can't no longer logon in with the locally created users in SIMATIC Logon because he can't no longer find them. But when we logon with a domain user, a system event in WinCC flexible tells that the user is not assigned to any group. We have looked up the group name that this domain user is a member of, and also added that name in the WinCC group management. Why doesn't it work to just add domain users to a defined group in the SIMATIC logon server??
