ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 9/8/2025 Posts: 35933 Rating: (4498)	You take out the SD card and put it in a SD card reader/writer of a PC/Laptop. Show at the properties of card for the capacity. The maximum must be 32 GB. Format the card with FAT 32.

And if I find all this parameters is fine What I can do next? Because this logo was working correctly and you now this logo model doesn't has integrated screen It is connected to TDE hmi It's an old model

AutoGen_7141055 Joined: 8/21/2023 Last visit: 2/2/2025 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	This plc logo has been working correctly from 3 years Recently some faults appears in the tde hmi We checked all Eclectic connections and signals and all was right After that I try to access the plc logo and check the program This error message displayed that the SD card is not ready as you see in the photo attached before

When a program is transferred from the PC/Laptop to the LOGO!, the transfer stores the program in the LOGO! program memory. The program memory is a power failure-safe flash memory. An SD card is not required to save the program. An SD card is not necessary for a LOGO! program. The situation is different with a LWE project. This must be saved on an SD card in the LOGO!.

AutoGen_7141055 Joined: 8/21/2023 Last visit: 2/2/2025 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Ok I try to upload the program from logo plc to pc I am not downloading this program before This logo plc was programmed from the manufacturer in the beginning and was working properly in the past 3 years Now we face a problem And I now try to check the plc program But I can't reach the program because of this error SD card isn't ready So for that I can not upload the plc program from logo to pc I am not trying to download it now and not doing any communication with this logo before this days Note " I use LWE logo web editor " I just need to know how I can connect with this logo plc and check the PROGRAM or doing simulation
