i want to get access to the industry mall using my support account, i need to use the TIA selection tool on the cloud and save my configurations, is it possible?

I do this all the time. I have no special login or registration on the Industry Mall, and I have access to all the information publically available there (so no pricing information for me).

I find the Mall a very important resource to locate available versions of modules and software packages, I would find it difficult to answer questions on the forum without it.

Have you tried to access the TIA Selection Tool on the Industry Mall and received an error message? If so, could you post a screeshot of the message?

i can access the TIA selection tool from a long time and it is very helpful.

i prefer working with the online version "cloud" but when i try to save my configurations, the system asked me to login, but unfortunately my login doesn't have industry mall privilege. so, i want to ask how to gain that privilege?

Hi Abdel-Qader,

you need an additional authorization to have access with this account to the mall. Please contact your local Siemens partner to get access to the Industry Mall.
