Good evening everyone. I have a problem with CPU 315-2 DP. Suddenly it stopped working and the SF LED is flashing red, while all the others are off. The MMC card inside is practically dead, it is not detected by the reader. I therefore inserted another MMC that I had available but the CPU continues to flash red. I read on the internet that it could be the CPU firmware that is damaged but unfortunately I can't find a way to communicate with the CPU. If I try to connect with STEP 7 I cannot detect the CPU and no accessible node. As if it wasn't connected. What do you think I could try to do? I have been reviewing the CPU 315-2 DP manual and the SF Led flashing red indicates: 'Hardware fault or software error'. You can find this information in the following manual (Page 48): [snip] Therefore, you can try to do a factory reset and install the latest firmware available.
