I using windows Professional, Tia V15.1 and HMI KTP 400 Basic KTP400 Basic \| 6AV2123-2DB03-0AX0 . I can go online with the HMI, Ping it successfully, flash the LED but when i can not load the program i designed, it says 1 problem found, and other times say the target is missing, Would you please help me at your earliest convenient timing, Best regards,

In the Compatibility tool this is not released. Only since V17 there is a release for Windows 11 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/64847781 And you should at least also use the latest updates for your V15.1: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109763890 Bye Murof

Without them, download in not possible.

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/5/2025 Posts: 16349 Rating: (1932)	Hello Kevic One thing I noticed in the past, if you go online to HMI devices and then try to download the program to the HMI this could lead to problems/issues. In case of an HMI transfer you should go offline or deactivate all online connections first and then do a "Extended download to device " Check also this FAQ for another way to transfer: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109740696 Bye Murof
