I solved the problem

The intention of the question was originally that the communication between HMI and PLC was not possible due to the cause of the gray cable

Apart from the gray cable, the date after the time of the PLC certificate had to be entered on the touch

As soon as I entered it was in communication ,but  I connected it to port X1 P2 of HMI, but the line color remained gray

Anyway, I'm in communication, so I'll use it as it is unless it's a problem in the future

 Similar issue. I had just loaded up the second identical machine we are building and had all network and hardware configs loaded, everything working but just no communication between PLC and HMI. Also grey topology lines between PLC and HMI.

set the correct date and time on the HMI and communication works straight away. Line is still grey though...

Often if you have this issue with date/time and teh HMI communication there are also systemalarms on the HMI that indicates this:
