Update from Siemens Support guys:

The warning limit is not yet fully implemented. As the help says it "changes" status from Normal to Normal. The next version of ABT (v 6.0) will implement this functionality. And in Desigo CC v9 this will also be supported here.
As far as I understand this it will create an intrinsic alarm in a separate BACnet object that has its own Notification Class. But within Desigo it will look as the same object.
