You have a basic panel, so you have to know that the Basic Panels do not have a Summer/Wintertime also also no automatic switching.

you have only two ways with some pros and cons:

- NTP or Simatic synchronisation (Slave in HMI Connection)

The timestamp will be transfered in UTC. You can only set a time diff/offset in the Panel (no real timezone). If you have Summer wintertime you have to manually switch the time diff/offset in the panel.  but all Timestamps will be correct also these that comes from the PLC (or example in Diagnosic Control)

- Area Pointer PLC Date/time

Here the Timestamp from the area pointer will be used in the Panel as local time. So you can transfer the local PLC time (with timezone and summer/winter change) with this. There is not need for changing anything on the Panel. But the timestamps from the PLC for example in the Diagnostic Control in the PLC Buffer will not fit. Alarms and the rest should work

Comfort Panels have a Summer/wintertime change possibility.
