Bacnet NPDU transaction DesigoCC

Ho un dispositivo Bacnet dietro un firewall che raggiungo impostando FDT nel driver con l'indirizzo IP del firewall. Raggiungo correttamente il dispositivo per un'ora, poi quest'ultimo perde la connessione. Ho analizzato il traffico dati con Wireshark e ho notato che desigoCC invia una richiesta con il protocollo bacnet NPDU dove chiede chi è il router nella rete, appena il mio dispositivo risponde la connessione cade. Successivamente vedo che desigoCC cerca di raggiungere il dispositivo dal suo indirizzo IP reale (non quello del mio firewall) e ovviamente è irraggiungibile. I have a Bacnet device behind a firewall that I reach by setting FDT in the driver with the IP address of the firewall. I reach the device correctly for an hour, then the device loses connection. I analyzed the data traffic with Wireshark and noticed that desigoCC sends a request with the NPDU bacnet protocol where it asks who is the router in the network, as soon as my device responds the connection drops. Next I see that desigoCC tries to reach the device from its real IP address (not the one in my firewall) and of course it is unreachable. To resolve: Configure the device as BBMD in Desigo CC Your BACnet device must support NAT Alternatively, install a NAT-compatible BACnet router (e.g., Siemens PXG3:https://sid.siemens.com/v/u/A6V10429115) The Wireshark behavior you observe is typical when FDT and NAT aren't properly configured together.
