Hi AutoGen_1571563, In this case, we would need some more information to know exactly what you are trying to accomplish: I understand that when you try to upload a project to the panel you are having problems, is that right? At what point are you having problems, when connecting/communicating with the panel or when trying to upload the project? Do you get any error message when you try to upload the project to the Basic panel? Could you share it? What steps are you taking to download the panel? The communication with the screen is correct, do you ping? On the other hand, the version you are using is TIA Portal V17 without any update? Hi AutoGen_1571563, Thanks for the clarifications. I am left in doubt if what you want is to load a project from the PG to the HMI or if what you want is to retrieve a project from the HMI to the PC so you can then modify it. could you clarify this? If it is to recover a project from the HMI to the TIA Portal, this is not possible, you can only make backups of the project loaded on the HMI that will not be editable and this must be done by ProSave: "SIMATIC HMI HMI devices Basic Panels 2nd Generation: Backup and restore using ProSave" If what you want is to upload a TIA Portal project to the HMI, according to what you say it seems that you communicate well with the HMI from the PC. In this case you simply add a screen to the project, configure the project, compile, upload the project and that's it, you don't need to do anything else.
