CC client cannot log in and GmsCoHoMngr will remain in “Initializing” state

Thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from SAP activation procedure.

As starting point could you indicate if the client is an installed client, a ClickOnce client, or a Flex client?
