I know this an old post, but I need help. I have a Comfort Panel TP1200 HMI that I have cloned onto a PC Station WinCC RT Advanced in TIA Portal v15.1. Everything is working except the alarm text. The alarm color, date and time shows but no text. Posting screenshots for reference. Not sure what I am missing. Hello NHC_Elektricgrl To get sure there is no inconsistency in the RT files do this: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109778709 then it could be that there is something wrong with the shown language. Do you have a language switch button in your RT? if not use one for testing to toggle the different languages. Then switch all languages one after the other an check if the texts are visible. Check also in the alarm Edior. Here in my example there is only a Text in the german language an nothing in english: Check if you have set the alarm texts in all languages. Perhaps you have texts only in English US but not in English UK... (or vice versa) Are this Alarms discrete HMI alarms or do you use Program_Alarm? Bye Murof |
