Sir, i am having version details of  "PC_Adapter_USB_V12" . Will it work !

 I do not recognize the designation PC Adapter USB V12. This would not be a standard product from Siemens, per my experience.

There is a PC Adapter USB A2. There were older models PC Adapter USB. It is difficult to help you unless we have more information on the equipment you are working with.

It would be helpful if you could attach a picture of the PC Adapter, showing the exact part number, so we could evaluate your equipment.

The 6ES7972-0CB20-0XA0 PC Adapter USB was discontinued in 2015, and drivers were only available for older versions of Windows, up to Windows 7, as you can see in the attached screenshot.

I have been unable to locate a download link for thie drivers of this equipment, either for theo original levels of Wndows, of for newer versions. 

Also, power for this USB adapter does not come from the USB port of the laptop you connect it to, but from the MPI port on the CPU. I remember that to get it to function you needed to connect the adapter to the MPI port on the pLC and the USB port on the laptop, while thePLC and the PC were turned off. Then turn on the PLC, start the laptop, and open Step 7. If adequate drivers were installed with your version of Step 7, and if your MPI port is able to power the PC Adapter, it might start working.
