Good evening. I am having the same error message of unable to access the remote device" My basic module is LOGO 8.3 with firmware version 1.83.02 My LOGO Soft Comfort is LOGO 8.4 I don't know if I need to update the firmware of LOGO Basic to clear this error or not. I have tried several IP address changes on LOGO Basic, but the issue still persists. There is another LOGO 0BA0 on the network and there is no problem connecting to that one. The IP addresses set up are as follows: My PC 192.168.1.78 LOGO 0BA0 192.168.1.44 LOGO 0BA1 192.168.1.45 ALL subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 Do you know what issue can be with the connection to the 0BA1. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
