I am experiencing an issue while attempting to connect my PLC to the LOGO! Soft Comfort software. Despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, I keep encountering the error message:"Unable to access the remote device." Details of my setup:

Despite these confirmations, the software fails to establish a connection and continuously shows the "Unable to access the remote device" error. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Hi Ahmed Mubarak, I have been reviewing the documentation and I think the problem has to do with LOGO! PLC Model. The device with part number 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA2 that you are trying to connect to, can only be configured using LOGO!Soft Comfort V8.4 or higher as you can see in the product description in the following link: Therefore, in this case I would recommend you to update your LOGO! Soft Comfort software to V8.4 from the link below: In principle with this upgrade you will be able to communicate and you will no longer have this error. Best regards!
