One PLC isconnected to theCU320internal Profibus interface (set as IF2 in CU320). This interface is used for read/write process data and for commissioning the drive. In additionthere is one other PLC connected to a CBE20 option board.(set as IF1 in CU320). This interface is used for read/write process data. The profibus interface works ok, but I am having problems reading/writing data over the Profinet interface. On the Profinet interface PLC-side i have: 6ES7 317-2AJ10-0AB0 CPU, 6GK7 343 1EX30-0XE0 CP-Card The CP-card is set up as Profinet I/O-controller. In HW-config i selected Profinet IO->Drives->Sinamics-> GSD->Sinamics S120/S150 CBE20 from V2.5 (gsdml-v2.1-siemens-sinamics-s-cu3x0-20080603.xml) to use in the Profinet. When i go online in theS120 it says that communication is OK CU expert list: r8854, comm board state = cyclic communication (255) The P1 lamp at the CP343-1 card is also indicating data transfer OK. So everything seems to be configured correctly. In my PLC-program I am reading/writing data by using FB32 PCD_Recv and FB31 PCD_Send. The problem is at all PCD-outputs from FB32 are zero and the SFC_ERR output is set. Same problems with FB31. I have recently used the same setup on another project. But then i used a CPU with internal Profinet interface instead of the CP343-1. With that setup everything worked just fine. Question: Can Ialso use FB31/FB32 when the CU320/CBE20 is connected to a CP343-1, or are the other blocks that must be used? Are there other concerns/problems by using the CP343-1 setup instead of connecting directly to a Profinet-CPU? Best regards Knut
