My CNC 840D has fault as following:

1. 510125: driver fault of axes 611D

2. 25201: Axis X1 driver fault

3. 300608: Axis X1 driver 3 speed control output limited  

4. 21612: chanel 1 axis X VDI-signal driver enable reset during traverse motion.

This fault ony active when machine has load.

Please help me.

Please refer the attached sheet for more information. 300608 is the main cause - mechanical overloading on motor like excess load on table, lubrication failure in case hydro-static guide ways, axis bearings failure etc. So please check it. 

This fault ony active when machine inscribed on the rolled cake. I had check mechanical conditions and I  replace a same motor, but fail.

Motor:        1FK6063-6AF71-1AG0

Module:     6SN1123-1AB00-0AA1.

When fault occur, the light of X,Z module is on.

Its ok.

Please check the current as suggested in earlier post & post the values here.

 From you pic. I think you switched B axis card with X/Z for trouble shooting--if yes , I think your drive module defective--6SN1123-1AB00-0AA1. as you already change new motor for test.

find spare drive module to test.(it is 15A 2 aixs module)

PS:your m/c story is clean--running OK for long time, suddenly this alarm happen--300608 is very common error for 611D--if your test with 611U error will be A608 . no one can touch MD and I think you already checked  mechanic-- is also good? so it is very likely drive NG

Okay. 

I replaced X,Z  control card  by B card. But it occured. threes months ago, fault happend on Z axis, we repaired it, now it happen on X axis. The fault is same and only dfferen by name. Now, fault occur after  working time, not suddenly. 

Do you have spare drive double axis for troubleshooting test.? I think you drive--Siemens call it power section-- No Good.
