Hi,

We have two crane which have siemens masterdrive drivers and siemens plc controller.

We have to run these cranes synchronous  in order to lift a tall load.

We will use this system from one crane's operator cabinet.

These cranes must run together with same speed, must have same slow ramp and must stop at the same time. When one crane stops suddenly with a mechanical problem, the other crane must stop together automatically because of process security.

How can we establish that system?

Which driver parameters can we use for follow same reference speed?

How can we transmit the reference speed data from one crane plc to the other? Which product can we use for wireless transmition?

Can you share your opinion about this?

Look for alternative not for the correct answer....

I don't want to use another driver because the cranes must run also one by one.

I have to control them with their own drivers with wireless comminication.
