- S110 drive unit accesable from PLC Profibus DP topology (X126), from Siemens PG/PC through Ethernet connection
- AC Induction motor from Lenze : GFL 04-2M HDR 063C42 with encoder IG2048 - 24V - H
- encoder evaluation is working ok and measuring system (LU with gear ratio values) is also working properly

- when enabling the drive from Control Panel, it will be unable to achieve steady servo control position and move in one direction indefinitely
- I compared settings in a previous project where a similar motor type (AC Induction with encoder) is used and changed various configuration options like "Calculate Motor Data", "Do Not Calculate Motor Data" or "Technological application SERVO or Spindle unit" with similar values
- several times I got errors on project download like "Fault during project load, parameter p0320 cannot be set"
- after attempts I got the drive to work - NOT starting to move after enable command(from Control Panel) - , using features like : n-setpoint specification, position control, homing command, traverse blocks, control by PLC by FB283 (Siemens 111 telegram 24 bytes in, 24 bytes out)
- I changed parameters p0322 Maximum Motor Speed rpm and p1082 Maximum Speed rpm by putting the drive unit in commisioning mode (P10=3 motor commisioning)
- after this change the unit stopped working, moving in one direction as soon as enable was on

- what can be done to stabilise the drive control parameters so that on "Enable" it will not move in one direction

- what is the difference between "Spindle" and "Servo" technological application of DDS configuration and which one should be used?

- for parameters 0300 to 0399 (related to motor) there should be inputted from initial offline commissioning DDS motor plate values or after first download to the S110 these parameters will be calculated automatically.

- procedure used for commsioning: drive with factory settings in ROM is reset by power on, initial download from offline commissioning configuration is performed, after upload to PG/PC of online version. This is reccomended sequence?
