Sinumerik 820T: M19 available, but not functional

We have a CNC lathe (hahn&kolbe orion PD 300) with sinumerik 820T controller. everything indicates that the machine has the M19 option, but when I type the M19, nothing happens and I don't know why. I have attached pictures that show that the machine has the M19 option. Thank you very much
