Temperature sensor weird values.

Arkhanos Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, i need help with a Logo 12/24 rc 0BA6 and a TSA01 temperature ( sensorhttp://www.pishrobot.com/files/products/datasheets/tsa01.pdf). While having a 0,75v -ambient temperature 25ºC- (sensor value) at either AI1 or AI2 (I7/I8) inputs the input ampificator gives me around 23-26, then it go up to 50 aproximately and inmediatedly go down to 0 and then it start to increase back to 23-26. I tried to change amplifier configuration but i get different values but same behaviour (while there is not temperature change at sensor). The sensor is powered by a 4,5v battery (5v to +, Sh to -, T to AI) and if i apply hot or cold on it i get proper voltage values with the multimeter but no behaviour change in amplificator values. The amplificator is configured as a 0..10v. Thanks!

190B Posts: 2347 Rating: (385)	Do you have a connection between the negative terminal of the battery and the M terminal of the LOGO !? According to the data sheet of MCP9700A are between a temperature of -40 ° C and +125 ° C from a voltage of 2.3 V to 3.95 V. Example, see attached file. Attachment Example TS01.zip (258 Downloads)
