410-5H after power off and on cannot go to run - STOP Led blinking

We are having PCS 7 with 410-5H controller

Suddenly it is going to stop mode

Then we power off\on as we do normally and then STOP Led blinking , i thought it was rebooting it will take some , after waiting 25 mins it was same, then i try to connect from ES and tried downloading back up, But is is showing error related to 0 POs availble at CPU, then i understood, it is related to SE card problem, removed and putback SE card 3 to 4 times, At 4th time it was solved, this problem was repeated twice 6 months.

Is any facing same issues with 410-5H

Do weneed to upgrade any firmware

Is problem is coming due to Power supply

Next time if the CPU stop suddenly without any reason, you can go to module information of the PLC (Ctrl+D), then go to "Stacks" , you will see somethings there. Only when PLC stopped.
