200 SMART UPLOAD ERROR

Respected all,

I have following system-

CPU-ST60 & module QT16

HMI-Smart 700 IE V3- 6AV6 64B-0CC11-3AX0

Servo- Chinese make on Pulse & direction mode

Steppers- 3 no.

While uploading I got message- “Block supported has an unrecognized format". Upload is not possible.

My another question is that- Which software is required for programming-HMI-Smart 700 IE V3- 6AV6 64B-0CC11-3AX0  ?

Note that ypu have a slight mistake in the part number for the HMI, you have written a "B" instead of an "8".
