810D: 300701 alarm

hello every body

exusme i am not good in english.  i have been had problems these days. our company has a  machine with Simodrive 611 810d  ccu2 v2.4. nc and plc of machine has been deleted unfortunately. i have a backup, but i cant downloading nc. nc backup is contain: data file, feed drive file,sub program,part program, user cycle file and etc.

every time that  i send nc data from pc to nc card, on hmi there is 300701 fault at the end.

pls help me.i realy tired for this problem and i cant solve it.

 i should add, that i studied this fourm and all of  the comments. these comments related to 840 d but my system control is 810d.

Hi Ataie,

Just to make sure your method of reload is correct could you just explain how you’re performing the reload? When you attempt to reload the NC archive does it complete without error (error log visible on the bottom of the screen).

Is the 300701 “Start Up Required” alarm reported for all machine axis’ or only for 1 individual axis?

Yes. I'm sure my way is correct. Settings for my pc and my hmi machine are same like Baud rate, Com and so on. My program is pcin and I tried one time with simco software but I have same result. This machin is a linear robot beetwin two another machine. In our company are the same machines with 810 d but they are ccu1 not ccu 2. In ccu1 we have one file for NC and one file for PLC. But for this machine there are several files as I said and I don't witch one should reload first. And I should say, when I reloading data file(initial.ini) transmission error occur. But when I reload another file exept data I could be succies a little more. Could you explain to me why?

Would it be possible to post the files you have in a zip Folder to make it clearer the data you have? If you’d rather not share that perhaps a screenshot of all the files visible with file type shown (detailed list view)

I was studying your previous comment again. I should say HPU of machine doesn't have error log button and 300701 fault is for every 5 axises. I can't send you zip file at this moment. but I'll do. So I attached one Pic  that show NC data.

I use of PCIN and SIMCO software for uploading and downloading data. As you said if my problem be for SW, so my backup is wrong, properly. What should I do. I tried for several time that set data machins manually, but I didn't succies. 300701 Fault is for boot drive. This fault says axis and drive needs to setup. But every time I did boot drive sepeatly for 5 axis, 300400 fault added, too.
