Hi

My name is sohrab. In my factory one machine that control system is 840c.

After 2 years on machine. But machine not ok and show alarm (attach file).

Please help me.

Hi,

Is this displayed at first power on? If so it would appear your MMC hard drive has become corrupt or failed. What is the status shown on the 7 segment display on the MMC CPU? This can be found on the far right of the 840C rack within the electrical panel.

If it does transpire that the hard drive has become corrupt / failed the relevant BACKSYS.EXE file will be needed to recover the machine.
