One of our 840D CNC two axis machine is often stopping on error no 2000.

Did few activities as per details. still error appearing. Need support.

Activities done; We have two racks of PLC modules with two IM. One module failed and replaced. Other one replaced on doubt.  Error appearing and earlier PLC was going to stop mode, after replacing defective IM ts not going to stop mode. But stopping with error 2000
