840DI powerline - no communication to NC/PLC

Dear Expert. I'd got a problem with the 840DI powerline, dead battery changed, after switch off and on machine. It gave arror no communication to NC/PLC. help please Thanks in advance ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, Where did you change the battery ? whether this was done in live connections ON ? What is the indication in the MCIA board which is there in the PCI slot ?
