Adjust Position And Noise Problem

NimaMoaddeli Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	Dear Friends, I'm working on Car Body Elevator project which utilize two MM440/11KW, The motors are SEW Itally with seperate cooling function and they are 5.5KW each.Both elevators are equiped with 3 proximity sensor for detecting down position,Up position and Seedchange during elevation.During the commissioning I Have encountered two problem as following: 1- I have used MHB funtion on DO 2 of MM440 for releasing break of motor and connect it to DI of the PLC and then from PLC i'm sending command to Break relay to be activated and release motor,however sometimes when the drive reach to speedchange point the proxy operate perfect and detect the metal bar and also the PLC modules detect the signal from proxy but the speedchange which is sending to MM440 by Profuibus doesn't act(the command goes correctley but the drive doesn't operate) and the speed change doesn't take effect,exactly when this happen for next time of operation the drive release break before injection current so the elevator fall down,my question is that could it be a noise that causing PLC get wrong signal from drive for beak relaese because the drive is cnnected by CHOCK and the cable lenght is 70 Meter 2- For adjusting Stop position of drive with car body and without it,I have problem , WHICH parameters are important in this case because my control is sensor less(No Encoder at all).
