All LEDs lit

Hi everyone,

I am also facing same issue like all the LEDs lit .

It works normally after the power recycle but after certain time same issue accured. However there was 30.46v on the AS-i cable. And i also replaced the asi master but same thing happen after a month. 

I would greatly appreciate if someone could share root cause behind this.
