Hallo,
you need RCOP in the same version as it is running in your system.
With RCOP you can read out the programming and recompile it. You will get the sources files.

You can use this files with STRUC to program new memory modules.

If you just want to backup the memory modules, you can use the parallel prommer and the program MelCopy to read out (ofline!!) and backup the SIMADYN D memory modules.
