How can I realize a backup on an S7 400 DCS which was programmed with simatic PCS7,THANK YOU. |

Hello Rolf1, Are you meaning a readback of actual parameters which are used on WinCC to your offline project? Like settings for PID controllers, or installation parameters with blocks MonAnL or some sort. In this case you can go to CFC editor and select Chart->Readback. You can select OCM parameters (which are used/defined in WinCC, or you can select all parameters of all blocks. The online parameters are uploaded from your CPU to your offline/local project. The whole CFC program is compiled and afterwards you have to download change the program in order to make sure the timestamps are correct. Are you meaning a backup of the multiproject? In this case, you can go to Simatic Manager and select File->Archive. Your whole multiproject (default with PCS7) is then archived with all AS,OS and client projects. Are you meaning a backup of the multiproject with version trail? In this case go to your multiproject in component view and select File->Versioned project->Archive Please note, you need a license in order to use version trail and you need to install it |
