Connection error with NCK

Hi, 

I am using cnc siemens 810D power line and facing the issue when power up it just holds on 

waiting for NCK connection.

Last day it was working fine but today facing this issue when power on I also attach image for clarification please help for any solution.

This forum is amazing for siemens problem solving i read always.

Good Morning thank you for your help I did as you said, the LEDs are all on, they don't flash, and it's still at number 3 I'm sending the photo would have anything else to be done thanks again

I'll explain what happened to the machine, maybe it helps gave this error and the battery was changed, which goes on the plate, then the machine returned to normal operation, then the machine was off for a few months, when it turned on it gave the same error, the battery was changed again because we tested it, and it was out charge, after that, gave the same error again I'm sending another picture of the error

ask me a question now, does the CCU have a battery to be changed? or just NCK? the CCU Card you say, and where is the NCK going? could you send me a photo

that's right I played the battery that goes on NCK, I did as you said, nothing else has changed I think I have no solution, which I am meaningless, and that when the battery was changed the first time, the machine worked. anyway, thank you for your help
